Delete Your Account

You can remove your RashiBot account and everything attached to it. It takes about a minute in the app — or write to us and we will do it.

LAST UPDATED · 8 SEPTEMBER 2026

This cannot be undone

Deletion is permanent and immediate. Any credits you have not spent, and any reports you have already paid for, are lost with the account. There is no restore, and no refund for the balance. If you only want to stop the daily notifications, turn them off in your phone settings instead — you do not need to delete anything.

In the app — the fastest way

If you still have RashiBot installed:

I

Open RashiBot and go to the Profile tab.

II

Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.

III

Confirm twice. The second confirmation is the one that does it.

Your data and your login are removed straight away, and you are signed out. Nothing further is needed from you.

By request — if you have already uninstalled

You do not need to reinstall anything. Email us from any address and we will delete the account for you:

support@rashibot.com →

Tell us the phone number the account uses — that is the only way we can find it. We may send a one-time code to that number to check the request is really coming from you, since otherwise anyone could delete anyone’s account.

We action requests within 30 days, and usually within a few days.

What is deleted

  • Your login and phone number
  • Every birth chart and saved profile
  • All conversations, questions, and readings
  • Reports and match reports you have unlocked
  • Your wallet balance and any unused credits
  • Your referral code and referral history
  • Notification subscriptions and reward claims

What is kept, and why

Two things outlive the account. We would rather say so plainly here than have you discover it later:

  • Payment records — order ids, amounts, and dates. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep these, and they are retained without the rest of your account attached.
  • Fault logs — kept as records of a technical error, but unlinked from you, so they no longer identify anybody.

Neither of these can be used to identify you or to rebuild your chart, your readings, or your history.
